Subaru of America was in need of a family-friendly digital experience that would live in a mobile trailer and travel to various corporate events throughout the summer. The experience needed to be successful without having any staff or product specialists present and travel well between shows. I decided to highlight “Subaru Loves Dogs,” an extremely successful brand campaign that features Subaru’s family of dogs, “The Barkley’s.” The idea was to use augmented reality and facial recognition to allow visitors to attend the Barkley Family Dog reunion and virtually interact with their favorite furry friends.
